Chardonnay-vidiano

The varietal blend of Chardonnay and vidiano is vinified with pre-fermentation cold maceration and aged in French oak barrels for 4 months. It is a rich buttery wine with aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and sweet vanilla tones. It pairs well with yellow cheese, cold salmon dishes, lobster spaghetti and poultry. Served at 10-13°C.
